Leah Higgins is one of the featured artists at Girard Avenue Collection. A native of La Jolla, Leah is known for her painting of local favorites. She loves to paint architectural things and gardens and landscapes, seascapes and more. Leah will paint your home or business, back yard or animals and then print on personalized cards.
